ABOUT BEST DAYS AFIELD Wisconsin HUNTING CLUB
HOURS AND SEASON
Our Wisconsin Hunting Club is open Tuesday through Sunday from the last Saturday in September until the first of April. Fields are reserved for you from 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. for morning hunts and from 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. for afternoon hunts. Members must check in at the clubhouse before and after hunts. Fields are also open, by appointment, to members during the summer for dog training.
The clubhouse and fields will be closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, the opening weekend of gun deer season, and on days when there are no scheduled hunts.
We can provide an excellent beef stew and biscuit buffet or more elaborate game luncheons. We can also deliver drinks and snacks to you in the field. If you have any special requests, let us know. We consider it our job to say "yes" whenever possible. If we are unable to meet your needs, we will explain why.
HUNTING DOGS AND TRAINERS
Our hunting club staff includes some of the best dog trainers and hunting guides in Wisconsin. If you don't have your own dog, we can supply national-caliber field trial champions or dogs that are professionally trained to the same high standards. Come experience the thrill of hunting ringneck behind a world class retriever or pointing dog at Best Days Afield.
If you are looking to hunt the best birds available in the finest cover obtainable, all within a safe environment for your dog, then Best Days Afield is for you. Call today to setup a one-day trial membership.
No hunting license is required to hunt pheasant, chukar, or quail at Best Days Afield. You and your guests are covered by our Wisconsin state license.
